This privacy statement is made by NGM S. r.l. , with registered office in Via Paola Antonelli Piaggio, snc – 56020 Montopoli in Val d’Arno (PI), as the holder of processing, and describes the collection methods and use of personal data of the user by the technological partner Bookingshow s.p.a., with registered offices in Foggia via di Motta della Regina 6, in the quality of Processor, in accordance with Italian legislation and in particular the legislative decree n. 196/2003 (Privacy Statement). Each instance of processing of personal data by both the holder NGM S. r.l. and the processor BOOKINGSHOW s.p.a. will be carried out according to the principles of necessity, correctness, lawfulness, proportionality and transparency. Where necessary, in relation to any use or specific handling of Personal Data, the prior consent of the user will be requested.
a) Objectives and methods of processing
Personal data are required for the following purposes:
- management of the services that selected in this web site;
- promotional communications, market surveys, economic/statistical analysis, reward programs, measurements of degree of customer satisfaction. They can also be used for marketing activities or commercial information to reward or encourage customers following their eventual purchases through the sending of advertising fliers and promotional material in forms of paper, e-mail, sms, mms or newsletters.
The conferment of data, with reference to the purposes mentioned in paragraph a1), is obligatory and a refusal to answer involves the impossibility of NGM s.r.l. to provide the related services. The conferment of the data referred to in paragraph 2) is optional. For the purposes outlined in point 2), the data that are strictly necessary for each type of treatment may be communicated from NGM Italia s.r.l. between its own divisions and to group companies. The data that are strictly necessary for the processing can be communicated to the technological and instrumental partner on which the proprietor relies on for the provision of the requested service.
All data is collected by the technological partner Bookingshow S.p.a., nominated by NGM S.r.l as Processor. The processing of the Data is effected by use of manual and computerized instruments, by NGM s.r.l or by Bookingshow S.p.a. In any case, the treatment is performed strictly relatedly to the above mentioned purposes and, in any case, so as to ensure the safety and confidentiality of data, which will be managed and protected in environments to which access is under constant control.
The customer care service will be performed by both the Owner of Handling, NGM S.r.l. and the technological partner Bookingshow S.p.a. Processor. The processing may take place by means of manual processing or electronic instruments.
Social buttons and widgets
On the NGM Store site you can also find social buttons/widgets, or more specifically “buttons” representing social network icons (for example Facebook and Twitter). These “buttons” consent the user navigating the website to visit and interact directly with social networks with a simple “click”. As a result of clicking on the social buttons/widgets, the social network acquires the relative data from the visit of the user on the NGM Store site. Aside from these cases, in which the customer spontaneously shares their own navigation data with the selected social networks, Bookingshow does not share or diffuse any navigation information or data of the user.
Authentication via social networks. Some services supplied by NGM Store use plug-ins that allow the user to identify themselves with the credentials of the social network and to access the services of the portal. In such cases, the user should also refer to the privacy information provided by the individual social networks.
b) Nature of the assignment of data and the consequences of an eventual refusal to respond
The assignment of the personal data of the customer as well as their consent, where requested, for the processing of the same for the aforementioned purposes are strictly necessary for the execution of the activities indicated above. In cases of refusal to provide the requested personal details and/or to give the aforementioned consent, the activities listed above will not be able to be carried out.
c)Limits of communication of personal data
The personal data of the customer may be communicated to responsible subjects nominated In charge of handling, and/or persons appointed, of which a complete directory is available from the legal situs of the Owner. Prior to gaining the express consent, the data of the customer may be yielded to third party subjects for activities similar or related to those mentioned above.
d) Cookies
The use of c.d session cookies (that are not memorized in a consistent manner on the computer of the customer and disappear with the closing of the browser) is closely limited to the transmission of session identifiers (composed of random numbers generated by the server) necessary in order to allow the secure and efficient exploration of the site and its applications. The c.d session cookies used on the NGM Store site avoid recourse to other potentially detrimental information technology procedures for the confidentiality of navigation of the customer and does not allow the acquisition of the personal data of the customer. The NGM Store site uses certain systems that analyze the navigation of the customer in order to produce statistics on the visits or in order to improve the contents on offer, to show analogous products and to place focused advertising on the web pages. The system used for creating statistics is Google Analytics, a web-analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics, like other systems, uses “cookies”, which are text files which are deposited on the computer of the user in order to allow the website to analyze how users utilize the site. The information generated by the cookie on the utilization of the website on the part of the the user (including the IP address) are transmitted to and deposited in the server of Google in the United States. Google uses this information with the objective of tracing and examining the utilization of the web site, to compile reports on the activity of the website and to provide other services relating to the use of the Internet. Google also has the ability to transfer this information to third parties in situations where it is imposed by the law the law or where such third parties handle the aforesaid information on behalf of Google. Google will not associate the IP address of the user to any other data in its possession. The user can in any case refuse to use cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on their browser, but by doing so may inhibit the full functioning of the website. By utilizing the NGM Store site, the user consents to the processing of data by Google for the purposes indicated above.
It is possible to adjust the Internet browser software in such a way to not accept cookies, thus activating the so-called anonymous browsing, and in such case no data will be handled via these systems.
Permanent Cookies
Permanent cookies remain on the device even after exiting from the Internet site until eliminated by the user or until they reach their expiry date. The NGM Store site creates this kind of cookie and memorizes them on the device in order to be able to read them when the user visits the site again. This, for example,allows the user to find previously set preferences (e.g. wish list) even on subsequent visits to the site.
Promotional or targeting cookies
Promotional cookies are used to collect information about browsing habits of the user with the purpose to propose advertisements as relevant as possible to the user’s interests. e) Rights referring to article 7 of the privacy code

- The Interested Party is entitled to receive confirmation as to the existence of his/her personal information, even if not yet recorded, and the communication of this information in a comprehensible form.
- The Interested Party has the right to obtain the indications to:
a. the origins of personal data;
b. the objectives and methods of processing;
c. the applied logic in cases of processing carried out by means of electronic tools;
d. the identity of the holder, the responsible persons and the designated representative in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2;
e. the subjects or categories of recipients to whom the personal data can be communicated or who may come to the knowledge of in such as designated representative in the territory of the State, of managers or persons in charge. - The Interested Party has the right to obtain:
a. updating, rectification, or, where relevant, the integration of the data;
b. the cancellation, rendering anonymous or the blocking of data treated in violation of the law, including those for which is not necessary the conservation in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently treated;
c. the attestation that the operations referred to in (a) and (b) have been brought to the knowledge, including their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or diffused, except in cases where this proves to be impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate in relation to the protected right. - The Interested Party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
